The Bardin family is located in St Satur, about a mile North of Sancerre, and has been producing Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume for generations. Today, Audrey Bardin, young and talented winemaker, is in charge of the estate. The vineyard is conducted organic and the vinification are done in stainless steel tanks. The aim of Audrey is to produce lively, fruity and crispy Sancerre.
