Presentation

Presentation
Perfect for special occasions, our Brut authentique is made exclusively from Villers-Marmery Chardonnay grapes grown on our oldest vines (45 years old) and vinified in large oak barrels.
The reserve wines (15-20%) are barrel-matured and aged using the solera system (wines re-blended each year). Bottle-aging in our cellars for four to five years produces an elegant classy champagne. This unusual blanc de blancs is perfect served with pre-dinner drinks and nibbles or the meal itself.
