Terroir
Grapes from selected plots in the heart of the Luberon on clay-limestone soils. Vineyard located at an altitude of 300 to 400 m.
Harvest
Harvested at night to preserve all the alcoholic freshness of the grapes.
Winemaking
Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation.
Ageing
Aged on fine lees.
Varietals
Vermentino : 70%
Grenache blanc : 30%
Specifications
Alcohol content : 13 % vol.
Contains sulphites. Does not contain egg or egg products. Does not contain milk or milk-based products.
Serving
Serve chilled (8-10°C). Great companion for an aperitif a sea bream or a seafood platter.
Visual appearance
The robe is bright pale yellow.
At nose
Very aromatic nose.
On the palate
The mouth is fresh, with citrus fruit (lemon, tangerine) and mineral aromas. The finish is long and elegant.
