Terroir

This Cinsault Rosé reflects the diversity of the terroirs of Pays d'Oc. Influenced by the Mediterranean climate, this wine fully expresses its potential in a fruity, fresh, and generous style.

Winemaking

After direct pressing, the grapes are settled to obtain a very clear juice. Vinification, similar to that of a white wine, takes place in tanks with alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature (15°C). For this Cinsault, there is no malolactic fermentation.
