After 2022 where we only had 340 mm of rain, the year 2023 marks an even more extreme drought year with less than 300 mm.
Harvest
The grape harvest started on September 4th with the Syrah.
We finished with the Cabernet Sauvignon on September 19th.

Tasting
This unusual blend for the southern part of the French vineyard brings us a surge of complexity from its youth, a finish playing between soft tannins and salinity. A promising vintage, well suited for aging, very expressive and invigorating right now.
