" ...dégusté avant sa mise prévue en décembre 2011. Savoureux, ample, l'alcool enrobe la bouche, mais sans profil chaud. L'attaque se fait sur une belle trame de tanins (très cabernet), mais les arômes méditerranéens reprennent le dessus en finale. Une bouteille qui vieillira avec grâce. Très beaux parfums de poivre frais, plus floral et délicat que d'habitude." [+]
