Presentation

This Languedoc Rouge wine reveals the elegance and finesse of carefully selected terroirs, the result of a viticulture that respects biodiversity and precise winemaking techniques allowing to clearly showcase the Languedoc's true potential.

Terroir

This Languedoc Rouge, crafted from a blend of Grenache and Syrah, draws its balance from carefully selected vineyards known for their exceptional soils and distinctive character. South of Minerve, on the foothills of the Montagne Noire, the stony clay-limestone soils contribute both minerality and depth. On the hillsides bordering the Bassin de Thau, maritime influences shape a fresh, fruit-driven profile. A blend designed to reveal the full potential of Languedoc terroirs with freshness and balance.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity. About 30% of the Syrah is vinified as whole bunches, in order to preserve the fruit's liveliness. The rest is completely destemmed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature (22-23°C) to maintain finesse. Prolonged maceration with regular pump-overs promotes a silky texture and velvety tannins. A portion of the blend is aged in French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel tanks, for 13 months to refine the structure and enrich the wine with subtle depth.

Varietals

Grenache noir : 60%
Syrah : 40%
