The Coteaux Bourguignons come from the Pinot Noir and Gamay. Crunchy and fruity expression born from a blend of two of Burgundy’s red grapes; Pinot Noir and Gamay.
Presentation
The vineyards are located South of Saint-Gengoux-le-National, at the bottom of the hills. The soil is principally calcareous and clayey.
Ageing
In stainless steel vats.
Serving
Serving temperature: between 12° and 14°C.
Tasting
Clothed in intense and brilliant colours, this crisp and ample wine gives a bouquet of red fruit berries. Supple and appealing in the mouth, it has a rich palette of flavours and reveals remarkable freshness.
