Located betwen the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean sea, in Rivesaltes, Cazes is at the heart of the Roussillon region. Created in 1895, Cazes' values are undeniably related to the wine world: know-how as well as respect and control of the terroir have been passed down from one generation to the other.

A true pioneer in the production and marketing of high-quality Roussillon wines, Cazes has long been the standard-bearer of winemaking in the region and has become a byword for quality over the past fifty years. Whilst remaining vigilant on the excellence of its wines produced from low yielding vines, Cazes offers a wide range of wines from fabulous Catalan soils which cover over 220 hectares, entirely converted to organic and biodynamic agriculture.

Since 2005, all of our wines carry the certification "made with grapes from organic and biodynamic agriculture", certified by Ecocert.
