Presentation
Gamay is a fairly early-ripening grape variety, its vigor requires controlling to keep its yields low and concentration high. Wines of this variety are typically appreciated in their youth for their light-bodied, delicate and quaffable charm.
Winemaking
Our Gamay is vinified with the best of two methods. The first is semi-carbonic vinification, which brings notes of fresh fruit and the second is a traditional method which provides the blend of these two wines with density on the palate.
Ageing
The wines from these two vinification methods are blended together and then aged in vats, which will unify these two profiles.

Tasting
Wth a beautiful ruby red, color, this Syrah delivers aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry), flowers (peony) as well as
a hint of spice. Round and fruity on the palate, with supple tannins which give it a light-bodied and easy-drinking character.
Very pleasant and fruity."
Food pairings
The finesse of Gamay pairs perfectly with chicken tandori, a Bò bún or, with a pavlova for dessert.
