Philippe Lambert - AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Plan de Dieu Red
Presentation
Each drop of this wine embodies hard work and a relentless pursuit of excellence, with the mission of capturing the exquisite aromas of this generous terroir. At the foot of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail, the plateau of Plan de Dieu reveals its vineyards, rooted in a soil of red clay adorned with rolled pebbles. These jewels, imbued with the sun's rays, water the vine during the day while diffusing a gentle warmth as night falls, thus preserving its brilliance in the face of drought.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested at full maturity. After total destemming, the grape varieties are vinified separately and maceration lasts for 20 to 30 days. Two to three rackings are carried out during fermentation and/or daily pumping over. Blending takes place 6 months later and aging is carried out in concrete tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered.
