Presentation
INVENTA, which means "discovery" in Latin, is an invitation to be surprised by the exceptional potential of some of our vineyard parcels. This meticulous plot work, carried out over the years, is reflected by the great terroir within these vintages.
Terroir
Southside of the Luberon.
Harvest
Harvested between early and mid-October.
Winemaking
Grapes destemmed, alcoholic fermentation between 20°C and 22°C, with few extractions followed by maceration for around 4 weeks.
Ageing
Aged in barrels for 18 to 24 months, with 30% new barrels.
Varietals
Syrah : 95%
Grenache noir : 5%

Serving
This wine deserves to be decanted before tasting. Great to store.
At nose
The nose is bright, expressive with very charming notes of red fruits, garrigue and some subtle spices emerge.
On the palate
On the palate, the wine is marked by the concentration of red and black fruits which give intense aromas. This wine is powerful, juicy with very dense tannins. The finish is marked by balsamic notes and a nice toastiness.
Food pairings
It will be the perfect accompaniment to a steak or a bull's gardian.
