Packshot - La Belle Angèle Rosé

La Belle Angèle, Rosé, 2025, Vis

Presentation

The perfect balance of this cuvée lies in the blend of two complementary grape varieties: Cinsault and Grenache. The delicate late-ripening Cinsault gives graceful wines endowed with a beautiful freshness. This Mediterranean variety tempers the richness and concentration of Grenache, a perfect ally, which, in turn, provides for the generosity and length of this rosé.

Winemaking

Upon a swift direct pressing that monitors the color transfer from the skins into the juices, the musts are clarified by flotation in order to
to obtain a very clear juice, vinified like a white wine. Temperatures are controlled (15°C) during fermentation. No malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

Our rosé is aged in vats for just a few months. We keep this step short voluntarily, in order to preserve the flavors and crisp of the fruit.
