Terroir

Grapes from selected plots in the heart of the Luberon on clay-limestone soils. Vineyard located at an altitude of 300 to 400 m.

Harvest

Harvesting takes place between the first half of September and the end of September. Harvesting only at night.

Winemaking

Harvested at night to preserve freshness. Free-run juice and only the first pressings are retained. Fermentation at a controlled low temperature (14-16°C).

Ageing

Aged on fine lees.

Varietals

Syrah : 80%
Grenache noir : 20%

Specifications

Contains sulphites. Does not contain egg or egg products. Does not contain milk or milk-based products.

Serving

Serve chilled (8-10°C). Great companion to an aperitif or marinated chicken brochettes.

Visual appearance

Light pink color, with salmon reflections.

At nose

Nose with white flowers and small red fruits.

On the palate

The palate is lively, with freshness, wild berries and sweet citrus notes (grapefruit, mandarin). Nice persistence and vivacity.
