Domaine des Ouches is family estate of 18 hectares, that has been passed on for 8 generations, since 1743. Today, brothers Thomas and Denis Gambier runs the estate, located in Ingrandes de Touraine. The name "Gambier" came late in their history, as the estate was passed from mother to daughter for many generations.

The Gambier brothers try to make the most of their different plots. On the gravels, the soil warms up quickly and the grapes ripen more quickly. It's here that they produce their delicate rosé and round, fruity red wines.
