Harvest
Muscat of Alexandria is an emblematic varietal of the Isle of Beauty. The grapes are harvested early and by night in August to preserve their fresh aromas.
Winemaking
The wine is prepared using fresh grape musts that are cooled on fine lees to enhance the
muscat aromas. A beginning of fermentation of the musts contributes fermentation aromas
as well as natural bubbles. The winemaking method ensures the wine retains all the taste
qualities of the original Muscatu Frizzante, with a very low alcohol content.
