Globerati Wines, developed by WX Brands (US), is a collection of wines that explores the best wine regions in the world to offer quality wines accessible to all. The range includes popular grape varieties such as Pinot Grigio from Italy, Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, and Tempranillo from Spain, illustrating the diversity of terroirs and wine styles. Our teams worked in collaboration with WX Brands to develop the "Cabernet Sauvignon Globerati" from France.
Terroir
This delicious Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the famous vineyards of rural France.
Winemaking
The vinification of our Cabernet Sauvignon begins with a complete destemming of the grapes, followed by a long maceration at low temperature to gently extract the aromas and tannins, while preserving the freshness of the fruit. Regular pump-overs ensure good extraction, strengthening the wine's structure. The malolactic fermentation, on the other hand, softens the acidity and brings rounder notes, for a wine that is both rich and balanced, with a beautiful length on the palate.
Ageing
The wine is aged in tanks for 6 months.

Tasting
With its beautiful dark red dress, this wine is elegant, complex, and velvety. It offers aromas of blackcurrant and strawberry with notes of spices, cinnamon, mint, and honey, and a touch of vegetal freshness typical of this grape variety. The finish is subtle with notes of cedar and oak.
Food pairings
Serve at 17 - 18°C, it pairs easily with Tuscan stew and homemade ravioli. It doesn't hesitate to accompany grilled meats, hamburgers, and meat-based pasta dishes.
