Pinot Gris is a grape variety with early budburst and low yields. Mainly known for its aromatic prowess, this confidential variety shows great vigor throughout its maturing process. A dry and sunny climate ensures a good quality for the wines made from this grape variety.
Winemaking
The process of direct pressing is carried very swiftly in order to keep the juices from coloring and produce a white wine. The musts are cold-settled before fermentation which takes place at 15°-17°C.
Ageing
Our Pinot gris is aged on the lees in vats for several months, in order to gain some roundness before it is prepared for bottling.

Under its beautiful pale yellow color, this Pinot Gris shows great tension and flinty notes. On the palate, it shows aromas of lychee and peaches.
