First range of the vineyard, this wine is produced with grapes rigorously selected from the best parcels.

Terroir
Mainly composed of shale and sandstone, the domaine’s Permian soils are poor and thus require the wines to take root deeply. This allows them to benefit from the full characteristics of the land. The grapes flourish under the Mediterranean sun, which enables them to acquire their full flavor.

Petits pains provencaux
Ingrédients
*300g de pâtes de pain *5 filets d'anchois à l'huile *2 échalotes *100g de jambon blnac haché °100g de viande de boeuf bouillie hachée °1oeuf °1/2verre de vin blanc *2 cuillerées à soupe d'huile d'olive *1 cuillerée à soupe de persil haché
*sel et poivre.
-Hachez les anchois et les échalotes à mélanger avec le persil , la viande et le jambon
- Salez et poivrez , mouillez avec le vin et 1 cuillère d'huile d'olive puis ajoutez l'oeuf
-Divisez la pâtes en 4 petits pains incorporer un peu du mélange sur chacun et refermer les petits pains
-Faire cuire 25min à 180°
