Château Rollin is located in the Haut Médoc appellation in the commune of Saint Sauveur. It has been handed down from generation to generation since the 19th century.

All the plots are within a radius of 1.5 km around the winery, which is a fairly large grouping of the 16 hectares of the farm., situated on a gravelly ridge, one of the highest points in the Médoc, favouring good ventilation and water drainage.
Terroir
Silty-gravelly, with the exception of two plots, one clayey and the other sandy.
In the vineyard
Soils are worked mechanically to banish herbicides and limit pesticides.
Winemaking
The cellar master applies a traditional method.
Ageing
The fermentations are held around 28°C and last at least 8 days

Tasting
The wines are fairly structured with a very marked Merlot fruit and a nice tannic richness brought by Cabernet Sauvignon.
