Winemaking
The grapes are pressed as soon as they are received in the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete vats and at low temperature to preserve the aromas.

Pale pink colour. Delicate aromas of redcurrant and raspberry. A beautiful aromatic amplitude, fresh fruit is there.
