Terroir
Assembly of 4 terroirs - terraces of Rolled Pebbles on clayey soil; Red Earth, Sandy-Limy terraces and Green Earth, low-altitude plateau, consisting of silts and limestones.
Winemaking
The grapes are pressed upon arrival at the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks and at low temperature to preserve the aromas.
