This Merlot gets its liveliness and freshness from a vineyard which is entirely within a beautiful Regional Natural Park, on the slopes of the Luberon Massif, in the South of France.

Terroir

Parcels located on hillsides on clay-limestone soils or sandy loam soils.

In the vineyard

Harvest from the beginning of September to mid-September at night.

Winemaking

100% direct pneumatic pressing. Selection of the first press fractions only. Vinification at low temperature.

Serving

Tasting

Its intense pink color is tinged with cherry reflections. Its aromatic palette combines small red fruits with passion fruits and mineral notes. Ample on the palate, it seduces by its balance between freshness and sweetness. A pleasure!
