This wine is the result of the rigorous blending of grapes from the best plots in the appellation. Enhanced through careful vinification and maturation, it reveals the potential of each of the selected terroirs. The cuvée was created to offer a tasting experience rich in conviviality, discoveries, and emotions.
Terroir

In the vineyard
Average age of the vines : 40 years.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-picked at late maturity. Complete stemming. Slow fermentation in concrete vats. The maceration is long in order to extract the tannins.
Ageing
The wines are matured in French oak casks, including 10% of new barrels.

Serving
Ideal serving temperature : from 16°C to 18°C.
Tasting
Deep red colour. The nose is jammy, offering aromas of very ripe black fruits with smoky and mineral notes. The mouthfeel is smoky and peppery with dense tannins that confer a pleasant length on the palate.
