The Roux Family acquired the Château du Trignon in 1896. Back then it was a traditional Provençal farm of the time, with mixed and livestock farming. Since then 5 generations have refocused the farm on the vine and expanded the estate; a qualitative approach is also underway.

Pneumatic pressing, Settling at 4°. Stainless steel vats at 18°. No MLF

Tasting notes
Pale yellow with brillant grey tints, Complexe nose of apricots, yellow peaches and tropical fruit (mango). Fleshy and persistent on the palate. Full-bodied mouth with a great balance between structure and roundness.
