Xavier Frissant is a family winery passed down through eight generations, cultivating 15 hectares on the southern slopes of the Loire River, in the village of Mosnes. Winemaking
After mechanical harvesting, the bunches are destemmed and then pressed using pneumatic pressing. The alcoholic fermentation lasts 30 days in vats.
Ageing
The wine is aged 2/3 stainless steel and 1/3 oak barrels, until bottling in spring.
