Arnaud Lambert is a very talented winemaker located in Saint-Just-sur-Dive, in the Saumur area. The estate was created by Arnaud's father in 1996, and Arnaud joined him in 2005. The estate was converted organically in 2009, and shifted towards biodynamic farming in 2018. Arnaud is terroir-driven, and is all about the expression of the grape variety on its terroir, which is mainly tuffeau (porous, chalky limestone, used to built the Châteaux de la Loire).
