Advice

Ageing potential
Enjoy all year long, 5 to 10 years
Tasting
Elegant, mineral nose with notes of elderflower and licorice. This rich, dry wine has aromas of eucalyptus and chamomile. The palate is just as surprising, reminiscent of the nose : white flowers and vine peach, great acidity. It's a long wine, finishing with fine tannins and strong salinity.
Food pairings
Noble fishes.
