The Domaine Jean-Luc Mouillard is located in the village of Mantryn in the heart of the vineyards. Jean-Luc comes from a family of winegrowers and he has always felt this winegrowing fibre which has enabled him to develop his business over the years. 11 hectares of vines spread over three appellations: Château-Chalon, Côtes du Jura and Étoile. His estate is built on cellars dating from the 16th century, combining history and innovation.

This wine is the result of a perfect balance between a blend of grape varieties: chardonnay and savagnin. Both come from a small appellation: L'Etoile where only white and yellow wines are produced.
