NiNi is a blend of 3745 Merlot vines from a single parcel located in the south-east of Bordeaux, on a hillside of the Garonne River. Grown without chemical inputs and fed exclusively with green manure and local manure, it is harvested by hand. In the cellar, NiNi only accepts the bare essentials! We were nevertheless able to negotiate a small dose of sulfite before bottling so that it would arrive in good condition!

Whether in the vineyard or in the cellar, the principle is simple: why be serious when you can have fun? And as the NiNi would say: "When you don't know where you're going, you have to go there" ... So we went there and we picked, cut, sweated, pressed ... all this to make a wine to drink naturally, the NiNi!

Aged in concrete vessels for a limited amount of time. Unfined and unfiltered before bottling.

This rich, ripe wine with red-berry fruits comes from the southern part of the Entre-deux-Mers region near the town of Cadillac. Dominated by Merlot, the blend is full of juicy fruit, with plenty of acidity to balance the gentle tannins.
