Advice

Ageing potential
Enjoy all year long, 5 to 10 years
Tasting
Ripe nose with sandstone mineral and tropical touches. This rich wine presents aromas of eucalyptus, peppermint and bitter orange. Explosion of fruits in the mouth. These fruits burst onto the palate in an almost divine harmony, resulting from the balance between substance and acidity. Its mature, mellow acidity engenders pleasure.
Food pairings
Crab, lobster or slightly sweet-and-sour dishes.
