Presentation

CHILL TO CHILL is a light, fresh and fruity red wine, designed to offer immediate pleasure and great drinkability. This easy-drinking wine is part of a new approach to tasting, relaxed and unconstrained. Its specific winemaking process, halfway between a red and a rosé, gives it exceptional freshness and finesse. Whether at room temperature, slightly chilled or even with ice cubes, CHILL TO CHILL adapts to all desires and occasions.

Winemaking

After the harvest, a short cold maceration of 24 to 36 hours allows to extract a beautiful bright red color without loading the wine with tannins. This technique gives the wine its light and airy character. The pressing is done gently to obtain a very aromatic must. The fermentation then takes place at low temperature, as for a white or rosé wine, in order to preserve a maximum of fruit and freshness.

Ageing

Finally, the wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months, until bottling in the spring. This process helps refine the texture and enhance the aromatic intensity of the wine.

Tasting

CHILL TO CHILL first seduces with its clear and bright ruby red color. On the nose, it reveals an expressive and gourmet bouquet of fresh red fruits. On the palate, the attack is round and clear, with a beautiful mineral tension that balances the whole. The wine expresses a beautiful fruity palette dominated by raspberry, redcurrant, and blackcurrant. Slightly acidic, it stands out for its great freshness and complete lack of tannins, making it particularly pleasant and easy to drink.

Food pairings

This light and refreshing red wine pairs perfectly with a friendly and gourmet cuisine. It ideally accompanies tapas, a plate of vegetarian cold cuts, or a summer-flavored composed salad. It also pairs very well with a vegetable tartare, a ceviche, or fresh cheeses.
