Medium-dry, this Pinot Gris stands out for its roundness and full-bodied structure. Its slight sweetness is balanced by a refreshing acidity. This rich profile is complemented by the variety’s signature smoky and forest-floor notes. Pairs perfectly with roast pork or poultry in a cream sauce.

Tasting
A wine with a golden color and silvery reflections, clear and bright. The nose is nuanced, revealing aromas of spices and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, the attack is lively, with fine spicy and floral aromas. Mid-palate, it offers beautiful volume with the same spicy notes found on the nose, while maintaining excellent freshness. Very expressive, it shows both vibrant freshness and a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity.
