The Domaine covers a surface area of 27.5 hectares and produces prestigious appellations such as Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru as well as Saint Bris, Bourgogne Côte d'Auxerre, and Bourgogne Aligoté.

Single Guyot pruning, with a density of 7500 vines per hectare and controlled grassing. Green harvesting 1 month before harvest.
