The vintage
The 2025 vintage was marked by a hot, sunny summer with temperature peaks in August, which promoted excellent grape concentration. Cool nights preserved aromatic finesse and a good level of acidity, bringing the essential tension needed for well-balanced wines. Despite the heat and some rainfall at the end of the harvest, the sanitary condition of the grapes remained under control thanks to a major natural asset: the Mistral wind. Initial tastings reveal expressive wines with powerful, indulgent aromas of ripe fruit. Their generous structure, supported by lively freshness and good balance, suggests an excellent vintage.
Terroir
This wine comes from selected plots on limestone soils that provide minerality, with north-facing exposure or higher altitude that helps retain freshness and a finely chiseled tension. The Mistral wind blowing through the vineyards contributes to the healthy condition of the grapes.
Winemaking
The wine is crafted in the cellar in the style of a Côtes du Rhône, in order to enhance richness and density on the palate. Temperatures are carefully controlled to highlight aromas of white-flesh fruit such as peaches, while malolactic fermentation adds roundness along with notes of fresh butter and brioche. Finally, aging on fine lees provides volume on the palate and a silky texture.

Tasting
The wine displays an elegant, bright, and clear golden color with silvery reflections.
Particularly expressive and generous, the nose offers a beautiful aromatic bouquet with pastry notes combined with aromas of yellow fruit and white flowers. The palate opens with a clean attack marked by citrus notes, before revealing its fullness and roundness, with a silky texture and flavors of ripe fruit. The finish is long, with a subtle bitterness that brings a pleasant salinity.
