The Baccino family are established to the West of the village of Luc en Provence at 'Caronne', where they tend to their vines with loving care since the 1930s.

Situated at the foot of the Maures massif, in the very heart of Provence, the 10 hectares (25 acres) of vines are often swept by the mistral wind and enjoy a sunny, warm and dry climate.
Terroir
Nature of the soils: red clay-limestone, 'pelites', also sand and shale.
In the vineyard
Average age of the vines: 20 years.
Winemaking
The grapes are picked early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the fruits. Cold maceration and light pressing, followed by low-temperature fermentation of musts to ensure perfect extraction and a natural colour.

Tasting
Pale and brilliant salmon pink colour. Delicate nose, both floral and mineral with aromas of ripe yellow flesh fruit. Complex and voluptuous mouthfeel offering freshness, notes of citrus fruit and yellow fruit.
