During the harvest, the temperatures were very mild, and this helped even more to that sanitary
state that has impressed us so much. As a negative point, we find a considerable
production reduction compared to the previous year.

Big selection of garnacha roya in the vineyard, vine by vine, as they are mixed with red garnacha. 100% destemmed, fermentation in a 1000-liter tank, skin contact until the last day of fermentation, punching down manually everyday.
Ageing
Aged in a 500-liter barrel for two winters. Bottled in February 2020.
