Domaine Albin Jacumin is a family winery located in the famous town of Chateauneuf-du-Pape, neighboring Bosquet des Papes and Maison Ogier.
Created over a hundred years ago, the estate of 4th generations covers 18 hectares in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, with a vineyard that average 50 years old. Albin prefers to have the expression of the fruit and the terroir, that is why he is using concrete and "half-muids", limiting the impact of the wood on his wines.

Reviews
2020 : There are 26,000 bottles of the 2020 Chateauneuf du Pape La Begude des Papes, a decent amount for a Châteauneuf of this quality. A blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 12% Mourvèdre and 3% Cinsault from the les Brusquières lieu-dit, aged in a variety of vessels, including 10% new barriques, it reveals remarkable purity of fruit, with notes of cherries, black cherries and blackberries. It's full-bodied and supple, rich and powerful, with a long, reasonably elegant finish."
