A local grape variety and a cousin of Pinot Blanc. Auxerrois charms with its smoothness and indulgence.
Dry, light and delicately fruity, it reveals notes of pear and white flowers supported by a lovely roundness on the palate. Ideal for a dinner aperitif or with a warm goat cheese and honey tartine.
