Presentation
Founded in 1923 in Baixas, a small Catalan village, the Vignobles Dom Brial bring together 200 proud and committed winemakers. These enthusiasts generously cultivate their terroirs in the continuity of their spiritual master Dom Brial, a Benedictine monk, a child of the village, and a benefactor of the municipality. Recognized for their expertise, they maintain and share, with sweat on their brows, small arid and stony plots over nearly 2000 hectares. Committed and responsible, they obtained their certification in sustainable development in 2010.

Advice

Tasting
Intense garnet color. This naturally sweet wine is marked by aromas of blackcurrant, fig, black olive, all enhanced by roasted notes of coffee and cocoa. Beautiful freshness in the mouth and nice balance.
Food pairings
Will ideally accompany a chocolate fondant. Surprising with cheeses such as goat or ewe's milk tomme.
