Presentation
The "Grande Bourgogne" has been defined since the 19th century by the vineyards that stretch from north to south, from Auxerrois to Beaujolais, naturally passing through the historic terroirs of Chablis, Côte d'Or, the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais. Common history and grape varieties have given birth to a northern style of wine, full of freshness and delicacy, which the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation has highlighted since its creation in 2011.The "Grande Bourgogne" has been defined since the 19th century by the vineyards that stretch from north to south, from Auxerrois to Beaujolais, naturally passing through the historic terroirs of Chablis, Côte d'Or, the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais. The vintage
The 2019 vintage brings back the magic of the "9" vintages in Bourgogne. A singular year with its share of stress, it nevertheless results in frank wines, characterized by great aromatic purity and remarkable balance: the liveliness supports a richness in the mouth that is clearly present.
Terroir
This wine is a gourmet expression of Chardonnay (from which it comes entirely), cultivated on clay-limestone soils typical of the region where this grape variety is most popular and offers all its majesty.
Ageing
This wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 6 to 9 months in order to preserve its freshness and offer a beautiful aromatic expression from an early age.
Varietal
Chardonnay : 100%
