Tasting
Lifted notes of citrus are the key words to describe the nose and flavor of this extremely aromatic white blend offering notes of honeysuckle and honeydew. Alice shows how good a white southern blend can be in a completely zesty and dry version. The herby lemon aromas are filled out on the palate with grapefruit, a hint of pineapple and orange peel.
Food pairings
Reach for this wine with salads especially if they contain seafood and/or “grassy” ingredients such
as asparagus, pea-shoots, green peppers and herbs. Seafood with south-east Asian flavors such as lime, chili ad coriander or Thai fish cakes. Try it with pea soups and dishes accompanied by pea purées too.
