Sourced from select vineyards amidst the coastal zones of Languedoc, this friendly juice is a brilliant expression of the land from which it is made. The relatively high altitudes of the vineyards provide the optimal temperate conditions necessary for aroma and color development in the wine.
Location
An immense amphitheatre facing the sea, the Languedoc-Roussillon is a multifaceted region, shaped by coastal zones, mountains, crests and higher-altitude terroirs. Between the Pyrenees to the south-west, the Cévennes to the north-east, the Montagne Noire to the north-west and the Mediterranean coast to the south.
Winemaking
Hand-picked from high-lying and north facing vineyards, cold maceration prior to separate fermentation and gentle winemaking process; aging in concrete vessels for maturation and blended before bottling.

This gorgeous blend of Grenache and Syrah, splashed by a tiny bit of Cinsault is packed with black-fruit notes, framed by ripe, well-integrated and soft tannins. The focus is on freshness and purity; the palate offers a juicier fruit intensity, followed by notes of baking spice, mesmerizingly pure fruit and savory flavors that linger on a long finish.
