Presentation

Presentation
Produced from a single plot located in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, this wine is protected by rows of tall trees, crossed by streams. Its exceptional terroir, at an altitude of 350 metres, rests on deep limestone and clay-sandstone soils, as well as ancient stony alluvial deposits, ideal for producing great wines.
Winemaking
Grapes harvested at night to preserve their freshness and primary aromas thanks to cooler temperatures.
The juice is protected from oxidation throughout the process by an inert gas atmosphere applied during pneumatic pressing. Rigorous selection and cold clarification are carried out within 48 hours. Each grape variety is fermented separately at 17°C and aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats for two months to develop texture on the palate.

Tasting
Fresh and appealing, this wine with its lychee colour offers aromas of white flowers and red fruits on the nose, with a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, the complexity is accentuated by ripe tropical fruits, balanced by a beautiful minerality. An authentically Provençal rosé.
