The concept of Cuvée Ronde refers to an old Bourgogne tradition of blending certain terroirs from the same appellation within a single cuvée so that each complements the other harmoniously, resulting in a wine that emphasises the balance and expression of the vintage rather than a single geographical origin.

Presentation
The Coteaux Bourguignons appellation allows us to freely blend Gamay and Pinot Noir grape varieties in the same cuvée. The Gamay grape variety brings concentration and roundness, while Pinot Noir enhances the whole with its aromatic power and finely chiselled tannins.
Ageing
The two grape varieties are vinified and aged separately to best suit the needs of each, in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of these wines. Bottling takes place three months after blending and the cuvée is returned to the cellar.
