Domaine Loew is a family winery located next to Strasbourg. It was founded in 1996 by Etienne Loew, coming from a family with a rich history dating back to the 18th century. The estate of 6.5 hectares is spread out on 5 villages, with many various terroirs, but all the same subsoil of marl. Etienne is very attached to the protection of his land: the estate has been farmed biodynamically since 1996.

Tasting
This is a "non-dosage" wine. Its lightly toasted nose with baked reinette and golden apples aromas is pleasant. Clean attack, with a saline, salivating acidity that makes it ideal for drinking at the table.
