Domaine Loew is a family winery located next to Strasbourg. It was founded in 1996 by Etienne Loew, coming from a family with a rich history dating back to the 18th century. The estate of 14 hectares is spread out on 5 villages, with many various terroirs, but all the same subsoil of marl. Etienne is very attached to the protection of his land: the estate has been farmed biodynamically since its beginnings, with sheeps and pigs in the vineyard.

Indegenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks.

Aged on fine lees for 4/5 months.
