The Fabre family vineyard, set between garrigue and pine forest, offers wines typical of the Laure Minervois terroir, a Languedoc cru contender.

Clay-limestone and eroded sandstone. Temperate Minervois terroir.

De-stemmed to limit tannins.

Light extraction at controlled temperature in order to keep all the freshness of the fruit.
