Domaine du Grand Destré - IGP Méditerranée Rosé 2020

We are implanted in Camaret-sur-Aigues, to the north east of Orange, in the zone of Rasteau. François Moricelly represents the fourth generation managing the family-owned vineyard, where cultivating vines is an integral part of the history of the estate.

The non fermented sparkling juice (bourru wine) was then immediately sold to restaurants in Lyon (bouchons) just before the arrival of the new wines.
