Advice

Serving
Ideal serving temperature: from 16°C to 18°C.
Tasting
Beautiful rub-red colour. The nose yields pleasant aromas reminiscent of leather, jammed fruits, and spices. The attack on the palate is round and well-balanced, the finish is harmonious leading on to hints of venison, pepper, and notes of kirsch.
